This is the third time that we used Total Air.
The first two times were for preventive maintenance. (First to bring our heater into specification and then to have our A/C units charged) The third time was today, a Sunday, when one of our A/C units stopped working over night.
The technician that they sent out was Joe. Joe was able to assess the situation quickly based upon how the compressor / fan assembly was not working. His assessment form both motors not working was a dual capacitor. He checked the capacitor with me watching and both read 0.00 micro farads. Joe had a replacement dual capacitor and installed it quickly. The A/C unit is now functioning and we are happy and appreciative. Joe is very good at what he does. He even saw that one of the panels was missing a screw and realigned two panels to replace it.
Overall Total Air has always fast, fair and friendly. They are always open as to what they think and what they are doing.
We would recommend Total Air just as our neighbor recommended them to us.
