Had a system installed while I was overseas, worked great until yesterday. Made a call and a tech named Joe called minutes later and said he had 2 more jobs but would come. He came after quitting time for most. Very personable, even more thorough. He went through everything, then stuck around for it to cycle two times just to be sure. So impressed I tried to tip him, he said "thanks, but it's my job" and shook my hand instead. Called and spoke to the owner today just to make him aware of the great service.
