"Getting an appointment was a week out, I thought "Hmm, ok high demand HVAC 'ers, lets go". Customer service gave two reminder calls, in case you're a space cadet (not captain yet), and they were pleasant to speak with. However what earned them five stars was the technician, Mike. He worked with me and my need to understand the solution. I tried to fix the darn thing my self and I almost did too, but sometimes you just need to call a pro. Thanks Mike!"
