"I had my AC conversion done by Total Air a couple years ago, and it went extremely smoothly (other than an electrician stepping through my ceiling which was also quickly fixed.) The process was easy, everything was smooth.
I recently recommended Total Air to my father for his conversion, and the process wasn't as easy as it was when I had mine done. There were several issues along the way, but when I talked to Fernie about them, they jumped on them quick, to fix what wasn't done right.
The work was done well, the only thing that I wish had been done differently was a couple of the employees not wearing masks while inside the house.
Overall I would give the experience 4/5, even with the problems that we encountered, I would still recommend Total Air, as they were quickly rectified and made right, and the equipment works phenomenally."
