"I believe that once you convert to refrigerated air you should have cold air blowing in each and every room of the house. I am a home renter, and it's like pulling teeth to get the landlord to fix anything. Total Air installed refrigerated air back in 2015 in this rental home. I understand things happen along the way and maintenance is needed. My office room was hot as hell to say the least, because there was a limited amount of air coming through the vent. I called Total Air myself and stressed my concerns. I spoke to Luis, and he asked me to please give them a chance to see what they could do to fix the problem. The next day not only did Luis show up, but Brandon the Owner/President, and Orlando the technician. Not even an hour and problem solved! Plus they explained everything they did, which is rare with most companies. Not to mention, they also added a new copper line to the existing one that was hanging from the roof.
