"Last week my AC went out and after extensive research I choose 3 AC contractors and received a quote from each. After reviewing my options with each contractor I decided to go with TOTAL AIR. My decision was based mostly on my interaction with their associates.
Upon my first meet with Fernie who provided expert advice and was the most friendly and honest salesman I've known to the technicians Joe B, Orlando and the young apprentice Miguel.
They arrived on Friday at 0745 hrs and completed the install of my new 5 ton with evaporator coil and an immaculate clean up of the area by 1450 hrs. Orlando even went the extra mile and filled in and insulated some minor cracks in and around the tubing going thru the wall and even insulated the piping on my existing upstairs unit.
Believe me I'm a very picky customer and Total air exceeded ALL my expectations."
