I decided to give them a call and get a quote from Luis. Luis showed up on time and was very personable and professional. He displayed pride in the company and their capabilities but did not try to sale me a product I didn’t want or need. He was thorough in describing the options they offer and how soon they could complete the job. Before I made a decision I received quotes from 4 other HVAC companies. I decided to go with Total Air because I liked their sense of professionalism and customer service. Having dealt with 3 other HVAC companies in El Paso in the past, Total Air’s customer service far exceeded what I had previously experienced. As for installation of the new unit and thermostat it was as painless as can be. The technicians showed up in a timely manner and worked diligently until the job was complete. Total Air is by far the most professional HVAC company in El Paso I’ve dealt with this far. I would absolutely recommend them for all your HVAC needs."
