Watching Total Air at work and the professionalism they showed, I feel they should be commended with this letter of appreciation. The installers are good at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of a new heating and cooling system. I had a great experience with them and I appreciate people who work and are good at what they do. The furnace is performing well and my wife and I love the heat, especially at night! We certainly installed at the right time given the cooler weather.
