"Joe came out to assist me with my refrigerated air issue.. I want to start by saying, he is one of the friendliest people you will ever speak to. He took the time to educate me on what the problem was and the reason for it and what needs to be done to solve it. He is honest,knowledgeable and professional. I must not forget Danielle who answered the phone. She was very polite, she set my appointment for the next day and treated me like she was glad to have my business!! Total air is the total package! I absolutely highly recommend them!!!"
